I can make some tiny client-side Windows apps using VB.NET. I'm a beginner in this category.

Examples

I have made tons of Windows apps for my hobby. Some of them look and behave ridiculously. They aren't that suitable for publishing. I will add these apps for download in this website once I polish those apps.
